WHO WE ARE
YOUR LIVING COACHING is a reality that operates in both individual and group for training and coaching activities dedicated to companies, sport, individuals, associations and schools.
Driven by the vision of our founder Alessandro Parrinello we are specialized to studies and use of Emotional Intelligence, Intuitive Intelligence, Multiple Brains and management of STRESS.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
KNOWLEDGE generates AWARENESS. AWARENESS generates REAL PERSONAL POWER!
We are authors and promoters of the above mentioned principle that we apply in a concrete way not only in our training activities, but also in supporting activities for individual and group coaching activities.
Without sharing KNOWLEDGE it is not possible to give effective tools to people to manage their evolution.

a) THE EMOTIONAL AND INTUITIVE SOUL represented by an empatic, concrete and highly experience approach;
b) THE PRAGMATIC AND CONCRETE SOUL represented, among others, by:
- the strong observation and link with the real world;
- the central role of Emotions, Emotional Intelligence, Intuitive Intelligence and the BODY-MIND relaxation techniques;
- modern neuroscience studies on Multiple Brains (HEAD, HEART and GUT).
These two souls permit individuals and groups to create their own space for realizing a generative growth and deep reflections on their professional, scholastic, personal and sport roles and activities.

Our approach to sport is based on the full recognition of the fundamental role of all the actors who operate within the sports context. In particular:

- Leadership with use of Emotional Intelligence for managers of teams and sports clubs;
- Courses for individual athletes and teams on various topics including anxiety, concentration and focus on performance;

Our seminars and interventions in schools of all levels are characterized by the central role of students respecting the educational aims promoted by both public and private schools.
Our courses are created in a personalized way defining the guidelines together with the school management.
